Updating to new version

I'm still unable to update to new version on my LG K8 mobile device. I have followed all instructions on Google and play store all without success. Could it be my phone is no longer compatible?

You are correct your phone is probably not compatible as eBay have announced  that only Android 10 and higher will work with the latest app.

This is the latest announcement from eBay for app users.

Members have been reporting that they have removed the app,  and used the browser on the phone,  that works well.
