Why do I not have a (direct) link to "Postage Preferences" page in my account / settings?

Hello everyone.

I am totally new to EBAY - I only setup my account a few days ago. Before I try to start listing anything for sale I want to make sure I have correctly setup all my account details and settings, so I've slowly been going through all the settings (sheesh and I thought Amazon account settings were confusing, fiddily and badly designed - lol). Anyway I've also been reading peoples EBAY forum posts (for extra information etc) and noticed a few times people mention the "Postage Preferences" page: https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf

But, I can't find a link to this page by going through my account settings. I think I read somewhere a link to this page is meant to be on my main "Account Settings" page, but I don't see it listed there (I've provided an image attachment of my "Account Settings" page - I had to make the text a bit small so I could fit all the "links" on one image, but you can still just about read everything).

If there is supposed to be a link to the "Postage Preferences" page on the "Account Settings" page, it makes me worried what other settings pages I am missing / do not know about.

Could my account type be something to do with it - I am a UK "Private Seller" (not business). Or perhaps something to do with my Computer Internet Browser - I use Firefox (although I can use another Internet Browser if necessary).

Can anyone help?

Use if you can a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser, Chrome works well with eBay,  then top left of your homepage under where it greets you with Hi then your real name, click on Account Settings.

Down the left sidebar you'll see Postage Preferences.

Be aware,  as a new seller you may not be able to select and sell internationally straight away, as eBay wish you to gain some experience selling with the UK before setting off worldwide.

OK, I've checked in Google Chrome - my account settings page is the same as in Firefox.

I guess it's as you said, it's probably because I'm a new Seller Account and EBAY won't allow me to sell Internationally straight away. Thing is though, I never intended to sell Internationally anyway. Selling / sending stuff (on Amazon) in the UK is hard enough for me, I don't want to complicate things by going Internationally + most the stuff I want to sell (home media mostly) is UK region locked, so won't work for most people outside of the UK anyway.

Even if EBAY don't want new Sellers selling Internationally, I would still like to turn off any settings to Sell Internationally (turn them off now, so they remain turned off permanently so I don't need to worry about them in the future in case anyone outside the UK tries to buy off me). At the very least it would have beeen nice if EBAY could at least display the Postage Preferences settings page for all Sellers (maybe lock/grey-out some settings for new Sellers or something if necessary).

Are there any other settings pages I do not know about that I do not have access to because I am newbie account?
