Hi, Please can someone or Ebay help me?
I usualy list everyday using ready made templates, google chrome and my laptop. For the last two weeks when i try to list new items i have been having problems. I finish up my listing , click on list with displayed fees and it seems to get stuck loading then doesnt create the listing. I open ebay in a new tab and get the error message
We have looked looked everywhere, looks like this page is missing, if you still need help visit our help pages.
Ive done all the usual things like remove cookies, tried with firefox and also incognito mode but it still the same.
Ive reached out to ebay customer service a few times but they keep telling me IT have checked and there is no issues. Ive spoke to management and they give me a link to upload a screenshot of the error message which I have done, but I have not heard anything and this was about 5 days ago.
Listing on my mobile app works fine but its taking me ages to do and its driving me crazy.
Can anyone recommend a fix for this please?

Thanks for getting back to us. I only use the ebay website (using Safari) or the ebay app to create my listings, nothing has changed in what I do. What kind of 3rd party tool would it be?

I recently just started getting this error on my mobile router and phone tethered 4G -
I have tried two sim cards on different networks.
With good reception, it reduces, but it still happens.
To me it looks like this problem is caused by ebay not offering a long enough window for clients with longer ping-times. This is bad - since rural users on 3G and 4G will be stuck unable to list.
It looks like pings higher than 55ms throw ebay off when the "list with displayed fees" button is pressed.. even saving a draft causes it. It throws a hissy and acts like the server has gone down.

PS. You will notice that a cable connection with a ping of 20ms never experiences the issue, but a ping of 56ms with mild fluctuation on 4G... and suddenly the issue becomes intermittent.
You can't design the back-end of the website to simply not be able to handle listing over mobile connections in 2024. In 2023 I was able to list from one of these exact sims and a laptop no problem ._.

There was an issue back then causing this issue, I've just checked and there are no issues causing this problem at this time.
Could you please confirm what kind of item you're trying to list and what's the error that you're getting when you try to list the item?
