I bought an item on tuesday last week that had 2 day shipping and was supposed to come thursday-friday. I checked my ebay account on wednesday and found i had been logged out when i tried to log back in again it made me use 2fa with email and text. The issue is that i cannot do text because the phone number is my old one and i cannot access it anymore. I cant use live chat for some reason, the AI chat bot is insufferable and refuses to connect me to an agent. Im worried that the parcel isnt going to come as its monday now but i cannot access my account to check the tracking or be able to ask for a refund if they havent sent it still.
