Technical difficulties please try again

Every time I try to sign into eBay on my new phone it keeps saying technical difficulties try again later but I still try later and it's still saying technical difficulties it's been like this for 4 days I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling I've tried changing my password and still nothing customer service is useless

S24 Ultra having the same issue which is stopping me from scanning a collection code to confirm collection and get paid. I have to ask for the Collection number and enter it in maually on the website.

Ebay need to sort this out ASAP.

Ebay is a multi million pound company with access to some of best programmers; why can't they fixe this issue? It have been three months now.

S24 Ultra User right here and have not been able to access the Ebay app for a month. This needs fixing urgently

I emailed there Support Team with further information. I hope this does get resolved soon

I tried calling but as you may well know they will block you as best they can from talking to an actual human and none of the options they provide are anything to do with the app.

If the app is running on your phone, try shaking your phone to report a problem with the app. That should work even if you are not signed in, provided the app starts up.

I emailed them again, and suggested they give some compensation for all these problems. 

They said they wouldn't consider the idea🤬🤬

Ebay, really needs to get this problem solved.

Hiya folks, I just managed to get into the App for the first time since September. How I did was I downloaded Avira Anti Virus to check my phone and I logged in via Facebook, the same way I tried and failed with Ebay originally.

Anyway,  Avira  seemed to pause in the same way as ebay, but loaded and functioned fine.  This gave me a thought to try Ebay, downloaded it fresh, and logged in via Facebook and hay presto it worked; just a text message with a log in number to confirm it was me. 

It might be worth a try.
