I've had a souvenir butterknife on eBay for quite a while now, and all of a sudden it is a bladed item and was automatically withdrawn, ending up in "Unsold". Now you're into Kafkaesque territory. The only options are "Resolve" or "Add note" (the point of that being???) If I click on "Resolve" I get three buttons - "Resolve listing" (greyed out), "End listing" ("End listing failed. Please try again later" Don't bother, still doesn't work.) or "Start an appeal". I tried the latter, just asking for help in getting rid of the auction. It's only a blunted butter knife from 1924 for goodness sake!!!!! The response to my appeal was rubbish, obviously never been near a human being, or one with some intelligence at any rate. Insulting language like "We need you to take action to avoid listing items like this again". You're going to ber lucky if I list ANY items again!
Rant over, only one question left - "EBAY, WHY DOES NOTHING WORK ANY MORE??????"
