Royal Mail shows “Delivered” but tracking not updated on eBay

Hi everyone,

I’m a UK-based seller. Recently, several of my orders show as “Delivered” on the Royal Mail website, and I’ve already added the tracking numbers to the orders on eBay. However, the tracking information still doesn’t seem to update or sync on eBay.

It looks like there might be a syncing issue between Royal Mail and eBay at the moment. Has anyone else noticed the same problem? If you’ve contacted eBay support about it, did they provide any update or solution?

Many Sellers have mentioned it, but none have said they reported it. Personally I am a big believer in reporting every glitch so that the Techies have the data they need to start fixing problems.
