Royal Mail Postage Issue

I've printed two labels for tracked 48hr postage provided by ebay and the post office has rejected both parcels. Help!

All my labels with YA prefix have now all been accepted at the Post Office.

Mine are even tracking the old way but I do not know if that is because i arranged collection  through royal mail website because it was not working on ebay or if it is just coincidence
