Reset password failed - great service from support

Just logging in to an account I haven't used in a while - password error.

Reset password, got the email, then needs to send a text - but no text!

Went through the Bot on the contact page, then got a call from support within a couple of minutes.

Some sort of block on the account.

Got it all sorted in just a few minutes on the phone.

 

Most impressed with the service!
