Refunds via a mobile device

Has anyone had issues with trying to refund returns why using a mobile phone? Always been able to do so but now it just says not gone through and to contact eBay. Works just fine on PC

Is this still happening to you? If so, could you please take a screenshot of the error that you're getting, and confirm your mobile device model, its current software version (full number, please), and the eBay app version that you currently have? I will then take a further look for you to see what's happening.
