Manage unsold not working

I have 22 unsold items i ended earlier to sell similar,

When I try to highlight them all using the little box the box ticks but nothing bellow.

No if the tabs are working either and the small box on each listing is also not working.

The only option that  works is to relist each and every one individually but that is not what i want to do.

Any one else with this issue?

Came on to report the same as not working for me neither. The dropdown next to relist to select "sell similar" is not working and I have relisted one item by opening the item, then selecting sell similar from the open item but now I cannot delete it from my unsold items. This is on my other account which is a private account however it is working fine on this (business) account.

No sooner had I typed the above, it now seems to be fixed!

Not for me it hasn't, is this what 20 years of selling gets you a substandard service.😀

How weird. It has not been working for me since I tried to sell similar half an hour ago but after I typed the above and went back, all back to normal. Fingers crossed back working for you soon.

We have tried on this side through google chrome and it does work. Can you try clearing cache and cookies to see if that helps?

Already done all that i use IE will skip onto chrome it wasn't working there earlier.

Interestingly, I have just ended another item (again on my other private account) ready to sell similar and it is not working again. All the actions boxes are greyed out and again not able to select any of the options next to relist.

Hi, Yes, same problem here. Options blanked out or unable to click on. This happens about once a year. I can't remember how I solved it last time. May have to have eB ring me.

A ticket has been opened with our tech team. They are currently working on it for a fix. I have added all accounts including yours from this thread to the ticket. Once there is an update from tech I will update the thread.

It worked briefly now it's back to not highlighting the listings concerned.
