Pricing - Is it just me

Difficult to explain, but is this a common problem ?

I am adding new colours to existing listings that I have and am encountering an annoying problem.

 When I add the new colours, quantities and pricing - checking that all is correct and then save the information, I cannot continue as there is a message popping up saying that an item is below 0.99p ( It wasn't when I input the information).

 Then when I return to the listing to correct the 'error' the prices all all over the place. Some have jumped from one item to another making them too low or high and many have also gone to 0.00 price.

 As I have lots of listings to update this is a pain. I will also end up with pricing errors when the listing goes live if I don't triple check every time.

 Sorry this is so long winded but is there a cure for this or what am I doing wrong ?

Yes indeed.

Can I suggest that when you add your new variation (colour etc) when saving the variation the system will ask something like 'We can add your new variations automatically, or you can do it yourself." say NO, I will add it myself.   Then proceed and add picture (if required) and scroll down to the bottom and click on the Add Combination button, fill in and save the line relating to your new variation.

In this way you avoid the system adjusting other entries (outside the new one you want to add) on your listing.

I hope this makes sense.
