My Payoneer account that was previously linked to my eBay account has been blocked. I would like to know:
1. Is it possible to link a new business Payoneer account to my existing eBay account?
2. Alternatively, can I convert my existing (blocked) Payoneer account into a business account and continue using it with eBay?
3. What is the procedure and required documentation for either option?
I would really appreciate your guidance on how to proceed in this matter.
