I posted the issue I have below a few days ago but I simply cannot get anywhere. Today I received another email from Global Collections requesting I pay the £6.00. I have had another online chat (this is the 7th in the last few weeks). This time I was told to change my preferred payment for selling costs from card to bank account. I did this but still no joy. I am at my wits end as to what to do and can't seem to get any help anywhere,

Since then I have had all sorts of problems trying to pay eBay this £6.00 outstanding amount. I have done numerous online chats in which I'm told it will be escalated but I never here anything back. My account is telling me to add a card for costs but I already have a bank account linked for payments and a card for costs. I have now deleted and registered my card details around 20 times but am still unable to pay this £6.00. It is very frustrating, can anyone help. ""

I have same problem, I have paid Ebay seller fees for a private sale but Ebay keep asking me for a screen shot of it, sick to death of my account being restricted

I'm having sane issue, spoke to then 5 times at least
It let's me click pay now, then when I click make payment it sometimes highlights great and other times I click it and it does nothing, updated my payment methods to account etc, still no joy
Yes pisxxing me off! Getting messages now saying debt collectors are coming around

Hi I’m sorry to hear you are having problems. I don’t know if this is any good to you but when I was having problems I found this email address and although they never resolved my issue they were as helpful as they could be, better than the online chat anyway. Sorry to hear that, I always got a quick reply so yes maybe try again. Although my issue with paying fees was never resolved, it was sorted the next time I made a sale and I paid the fees from eBay funds. I hope you get it sorted, sorry I couldn’t be more help. It is very frustrating, I sympathise.

If you can I would do that. I could figure out no other way of resolving problem. Good luck
