No "saved search" emails for over 4 weeks

I have not received any "saved search" emails for over 4 weeks now. It started soon after we went away on holiday (clever, I thought) but they haven't resumed since we got home. I can't find anything in my account settings that appears to control this. How do I turn them back on again?

Check in your junk mail ,sometimes they go there 

to set to receive emails, try clicking on my eBay 

Go to saved searches in the menu

it should show a list of them 

 Click the drop down menu under “more actions”

tick get email alerts

Good shout about checking spam box but, no, it's not that.

All my saved searches (many dozens of them) have email enabled but all have stopped - even new searches saved since the stoppage. I have received other emails from eBay but all the "saved search" ones have stopped all together.
