My Nectar card has been linked to my Ebay account for many years and I've collected points for my Ebay purchases for many years too. I successfully converted some of my Nectar points into vouchers, which once converted was just over £70, within a couple of weeks the vouchers totally disapeared from my ebay account even though I hadn't used any of them. Ebay now says my Nectar card was linked in December but my Nectar acount has a totally different date for when both accounts were linked.
Can somebody tell me where my vouchers went and why Ebay is giving a different date for when the accounts were linked?
It really feels like I'm being ripped off, I just want answers!
