I am trying to contact a seller about non delivery, but the message will not progress when I press the "send" button. Is it me or Ebay. Never had this problem before.

Thank you for your post. 

 

Do you get any error message when you press on send? There is an open ticket since yesterday with tech for  both buyers and sellers not being able to send messages to eachother.

It may also be the case that seller isn't looking at his messages / notifications.

 

If your order is past the last day of the EDD then file an INR, remembering to escalate / "ask eBay to step in" if there is no progress within the allowed time frame.

Hi Kat,

No error message that I can see. The "send button" just blinks and
nothing happens. I have now sent a message to the seller using the
"contact" button instead of the "item did not arrive" path. This is
recorded in my "messages" so I assume it has been sent and I will give this
the required three days.
