If you are using a mobile browser in mobile mode, try another mode (classic or desktop). To switch from mobile to classic mode, start on the main eBay page and scroll to the bottom to select the classic site link, then use the My eBay menu to reach your messages.

If that page is loading correctly, you should be able to tap the squarish icon to the left of the Messages title to swap between the folder view and the inbox view.

Or try using the eBay app to view your messages.

Try another browser or another link.

Try viewing messages on ebay.ie instead of ebay.co.uk.

If you have messages forwarded to your email, try reading or responding to messages by email.

There is an open ticket to have this resolved under  ALERT15942.

Thank you for your post.

As has been mentioned by @eburtonlab  there is a ticket open with tech for this issue. I will add your account to the ticket. Once there is a further update on a fix I will post back.

Apologies for the delay on a reply here as I was out of the office. You will have already seen the fix but Tech have confirmed this issue with not being able to access messages as resolved.
