Dispatching Orders

If I don't choose the prepaid label, how do I indicate my order has dispatched?

If you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:

Also see if you can add the new tracking number via the dropdown actions menu for the item (on your browser, not the app).   If not the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.

If the buyer paid for the unused label it will be refunded automatically in 30 days.

If it was Simple Delivery, there is no option to mark as despatched or to change the tracking number (if you used tracked).
