Message layout way to small

Does anyone here understand why the genius page designers have decided to make everything so difficult recently? The latest idea is to make the message text so small it's hard to read! By the time you have a ridiculous circle with your eBay name initial, and now the small message layout, it's just to hard to use.

Would it be an idea to give the idiots that are thinking these brainless ideas up a broom rather than a computer, they would fine a much better use.

Leave things alone, and at least make the message page readabl!

Unfortunately that's what eBay do - they appear to search out areas of the site that have not yet been spoiled and then put maximum effort into screwing them up, as well as exacerbating existing site problems and introducing problems that did not exist previously.  This has been going on for years now, so don't expect it to start getting better anytime soon.  If eBay's past performance is anything to go by they'll only end up getting worse with every year that passes.

I totally agree, but sadly eBay just cannot grasp the situation.

When I started using eBay back 1997, yes there were issues, but they mainly came from scammers ripping people off.

These days eBay being the scammers, and the sellers and users suffering from their incompetence! 

I read just today, eBay have come up with another Brilliant idea of helping buyers with a cancellation button to stop a purchase!! For god sake, buyers have enough power over sellers.

This is an auction site for selling people's unused items and tack NOT a shop. Why eBay do you act like one?

I just got forced into using it today, before today I could opt out. Called CS, no opt out anymore. Please call and use feedback at the bottom of the page, maybe they will change it back.  Powerless.
