Listings not opening correctly

Well since Wednesday afternoon app is up the swanny. Regardless of whether I want to look at my listings, sales etc or another seller's items, when clicking on the item you only get item description, specifics, title and seller details. Can't bid, buy or anything. Plus on my sales, I click and the same thing happens. Spoke to ebay Thursday morning and they said they are aware of the issue, promised a call back too, never happened. Now to get buyers info need to go through seller hub. 

Anyone else got the same problem?

What version number of the app are you using?

I am able to see bidding and buying options on your items using the app version 6.192.0.3 on an Android phone.

Same as you, plus I just did a reinstall and the issue still persists. I see from other responses to this problem it's happening to many people. 

I'm having to use seller hub to get buyers details etc, but as far as the app is concerned only get description and seller details, both my own and other sellers listings. 

I spent an hour on the phone to ebay and they acknowledge there is a problem with this, but who knows when it will be fixed.

What version of Android are you using?

Using Android version 11 I have not noticed any problems.

I see in another thread a user with a tablet running Android 7 is having problems, though.

Running on 11 too. Plus tried to access listing's on a neighbour's phone 25s ultra and the same problem occurs. So thinking backward regarding the app and all the issues and constant glitches it has, I had a light bulb moment and solved the problem immediately. 

I dumped the app!

Using the main sight now and everything is fine. 

I think the issue is with the app.
