I am trying to contact a seller because they sent the wrong item. They said to send photos but this is all I'm getting . 

I also keep getting emails telling me a new device has logged on and it's just the same phone I have always used.

When I go go my purchase history it just shows me purchases from way back. Any suggestions please?

If you have more than one eBay account, be sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase. Find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
