I've been an eBay user for over 20 years. Today I've finally wished it farewell. After years of the company ripping out what was good about eBay, I feel it's time to say goodbye to selling on the platform.
I'm sure there's plenty of posts and forums about the lack of support of eBay sellers and the quite frankly useless ai that blocks sales but having spent 30 minutes trying to resolve again a policy violation that, any human being could easily see isn't, tracking down someone to talk to and realising they can only read the script Infront, it's time.
My relationship with eBay was hanging by a thread but it's ruined now. The behemoth is slowly dying under its own inept handling of its users, those who made it, it's fortune and still can't understand why so many are leaving it's platform.
