Listing description problems

When I try to sell something similar this (copy & paste below) is what I’m getting in the description place, trying to navigate what to leave over what I need to change is very annoying

I did try, but it didn’t load. This is what it looks like when I try to list -

I’ve added a screenshot to my profile picture because I can’t add it to this chat, I use the app, I’ve never had any problems like this before, but it’s been since the last update and the constant need for ebay to push their Simple Delivery & Promote You Listing down my (and I assume everyone’s) throat 👎

I’m getting exactly the same issue using the app on a iPhone 13. Looks like code and not text ! very frustrating. 
I will add it only happened since the recent app update on the 9th 

I’ve reported the issue to ebay hopefully I’ll get a response.

I’ve not reported it sorry, I don’t know how to and it’s difficult to explain, I’m hoping that on the next update it’ll go back to normal 👍🤞🤞

I have reported it with tech. Usually issues with the app get updated on the next version release. In the meantime as a workaround you can update through the web browser.

New app update 17/6/25 hasn’t fixed the problem. 

Reported again which seems pointless clearly not listening or looking or more importantly debugging before app releases.

Hi @waybackwhen88 ,

I understand the frustration with it. We have a ticket opened with tech for it as we had multiple users report it and we were able to share the examples with tech. We don't get timescales on fixes but once we are provided any updates by tech I will update the thread.

I’ve tried to add a listing today using the app 

the sku box has been removed to.

just keeps giving this app.
