Have been having issues today trying to RELIST Sold Items, where I now have more than 1 and have subsequently tried the SELL SIMILAR Option? Listing is failing to list, and has RED BOX at the Top saying SOMETHING IS MISSING, with the issue being recommended as PHOTOS... Please try and Fix the Problem and Try Again?
How-ever, Photo's are there, and can quite clearly be seen, but Listing won't show as SUCCESSFUL?
I have even tried DELETING Photo's and then RE-ATTACHING, but still No Luck?
Is anyone else having this problem today, OR is there is glitch in view of the ongoing GSP and Simplified Postage Changes, which for me, are also UNWANTED services?
Would kindly appreciate any Feedback regarding same?
Best wishes.

I'm getting a photos error message when trying to list via 'Sell Similar' stating that photos do not meet minimum pixel number size requirement of 500 pixels along longest side.
However the photos in question ARE in excess of 500 pixels on the longest side. They're 1600 x 283.
It would seem that the system is applying the minimum 500 pixel length rule to BOTH sides of pictures, as the only photos it would allow me to successfully upload were those with BOTH sides in excess of 500 pixel length.

Hello,
I learnt along time ago that pictures need to be a minimum of 600 Pixels, on EITHER Height OR Width, and have always applied that to all of my Listings?.
HOW-EVER, today when trying to RELIST, OR SELL SIMILAR OR CREATE NEW LISTING, the Size of the picture seems to have NO RELEVANCE?
If problem persists, will only be a matter of time before I have NO LISTINGS! Because can't create Anything WITHOUT PICTURES?
PS. As mentioned previously, problem ONLY STARTED once the GSP & SIMPLIFIED Postage changes were made to system?!

i am experiencing the same-trying to relist as i have done many times before with no issues-and apparently my pixel size is wrong. I don't use a mobile phone to take photos, i use an old digital camera which gives good results although i don't know what actual pixel sizes they are. I have been using it for years and not been told the pixel size was too low. I am getting paranoid that ebay is trying to get rid of private sellers as i have lost a few sales so far due to the new postage system (too complex to explain why here) and now this, so annoying.

Do you use Windows on a PC, and save the photos there? If so, I can hopefully explain how to determine the pixel size.
Or there may also be a setting on the camera to increase the image quality - which would likely increase the pixel size [and likely increase the storage size of the photo file.]

it's yet another glitch.....no matter how big I make the picture it will not accept it.
