Issue with Manual Tracking Number Entry on eBay

I understand this is an older issue, but after reading through the entire thread, I haven't found a workable solution. When I attempt to manually enter a tracking number, eBay redirects me to a 500 error page. It's quite frustrating, and I'm hoping someone can assist me with this.

The issue was resolved automatically after a few hours, so it appears to have been a temporary glitch.
