Is anyone else having problems buying postage labels through eBay?

For some reason I am unable to buy postage labels.  When I change the weight/service/parcel size it reverts back to large letter.

Seems to be getting worse first BIG mess with charging over £100 postage to use on 200 gram lots now this, I bought a special delivery label last month buyer cancelled the sale// I immediately cancel label// THERE is no way to get a refund Ebay point you at royal mail  then royal mail  say it paid for with Ebay go to ebay // You have to wonder If AMAZON have got people working on the inside of ebay ???? As some of the things that are happening do not happen to other business on the same amount of times Just one mess after another

It is frustrating. They have now put up a notice advising that Royal Mail is having technical issues but when you go to Royal Mail directly I have no problem arranging postage and collection. I recall this happening several months back with eBay. Hopefully, they sort out soon.

Typical of Ebay if it works LET loose the tecnical Bods and they are sure to make it unworkable . They have a Knack for it / Used to have SOLD in your ebay NOW its ORDERS just WHY WHY can they not leave things alone when they are working/ CONVINCED that Amazon have got there staff in under cover can be no other reason for any one messing up things that work

I have just bought a postage label through eBay no problems. I have also had a refund on a postage label as I bought two for one item. Click on more details then not dispatched.

Me too, 

Can't change weight on Evri parcel so being charged twice the postage I got from buyer, 

Item only sold for a fiver so might as we have binned them as I would only get £2 for them,

Not worth the hassle anymore, 

Looks like it's not worth selling now on Ebay until they get it together.

I've taken off all my items and will now be selling very little, 

It's getting to be quite a joke now.

Even the government wants their cut on stuff I've paid for with my wages that were taxed 20% and paid VAT 15% on the item and now they want 20% on top of that if I sell to much of my stuff instead of letting it go to landfill.

I’ve had a problem trying to purchase postage even though my card has been registered and used previously 

So frustrating I’m hoping it’s a glitch
