I can't resolve a VeRo in my ended list

Some days ago, I had a VeRo violation, probably due to images I used in my listing. I followed the steps by clicking the "resolve" option, and at the end, I decided to end that listing. Today, I noticed the item is still in my ended list with the "resolve" option still active. No other options are displayed, so I decided to follow the steps again to end the listing. However, the resolve was unsuccessful, and the message said to try later. I did so, but nothing changed; I received the same message as before.

There's nothing you can do now. VeRO want you to resolve these listings while they are still live. Once you end them it is not possible and it is also not possible to delete them from your Ended Listings. The ended VeRO strike listing will disappear in 6-weeks. You will have to rebuild the listing from scratch if you still want to sell that item (although you can copy and paste the title from your ended listings page).
