You're not the only one who feels like this. I hope you don't mind, I took a general look at your store.
Storefront looks great.
Photos look very professional.
Items are priced lowest (of the ones I looked up).
So you are making things very attractive for Buyers.
But there's nothing you can do to magic buyers out of thin air. The sell through rate was low for the items I looked at - three listed, only one sale per month average. So since your basics are good just be patient.
The only thing I saw was how you are listing new items. Only eBay knows how their algorithm works, but professional sellers' experience is that the more consistently you list, the more the algorithm works in your favour to drive sales. So instead of listing a bunch of items on 01/07/25, pro sellers recommend listing more consistently (e.g. one per day, or one every three days). You could test this theory by checking to see if you had a flurry of sales in the week after 01/07/25.
