How do you contact the boss of eBay and Royal Mail about a glaring issue ?
I have spoken to both companies numerous times but I adamant that lower employees are afraid to escalate issues in fear of being accused of insulting the upper echelon intelligence but that itself is their own insult, upon themselves.
Both companies are or could be stated as breaking the law in a discriminatory way, both equally culpable since they have a mutual hand in this particular failure to do what is right.
However, since I am not about going to court or able to turn up at the spot stood right in front of each CEO, how is the best way to contact them ?

Go to companies house.
Search for EBAY (UK) LIMITED and ROYAL MAIL LIMITED.
You'll have the head office address and the directors names.

Oh I do apologise. Had I wanted the slowest form of communication known to man, I would have googled it.

It's Royal Mail - they do like those letters.
Seriously though - you asked how to contact them - I gave you an option.
Royal Mail Chief Exec is on Linkedin - try her over there.

Does anyone know a method faster than starting a camp fire and wafting smoke signals to achieve this goal please ?

Best Thing you can do is ring this Govt support service - they will point you in the right direction if you have been discriminated against
Providing you have been discriminated against as described in the equality act 2010 - You may even be entitled to legal aid if you have a case to take them to court !
