Hi, you're pre-qualified for £!

Every week I get an Email and a message on ebay saying I am pre-qualified for nothing. It used to give an amount but it just has a blank space where a figure should be.

Everyone is getting this. It is unprofessional to have the same error going out to tens of thousands of accounts on a weekly basis and I can't believe it has not yet been resolved after about two months.

I also would like an option to opt out of these weekly requests to get funding that I do not need and the letters I get through the post that want me to sign up to funding.

I'm also repeatedly getting these stupid £! spam YouLend emails.

On the flip side - these emails did give me all the information I needed about the credibility of the YouLend eBay Seller Capital offering.

And thankfully I've got tons of my own exclamations marks (!!!) so don't need to borrow any!!!!!!

I have sent this on to be reviewed to see if its a technical issue with the amount missing from the email. I'll share once I have an update.

With regards to receiving the emails you can update your marketing communications in your account settings under communication preferences.
