Glitch or scam?

Logged in today to see 3 notifications, one of which was for a seller offer, on an item I had not watched nor interacted with, when I clicked on it, it said i had both bought this item and had an offer on it, i refused the offer and it does not show in my purchase history, for the item see below;

What is going on here? Is this a scam or a glitch?

oh wait it IS a glitch, or, sort of anyway; for some reason, they have used the same listing or item number, for a TOTALLY different dvd. I bought a dvd from them in the past, but now they have changed the listing to something completely different... and then sent me an offer on it. maddening.
