This problem has been ongoing for over 2 weeks now. I have some listing that I have chosen Global Shipping for international sales. The problem is this = When I click on Postage - See Details - then change Country from UK to USA or any other Country, it would normally give the calculated shipping costs for that Country including all tax, custom duty etc.
It now just states " CHECK ITEM DESCRIPTION OR CONTACT SELLER " I have items that would normally be sold to USA within a short time, but now I have zero watchers.
From checking other peoples listings, this seems to be a problem affecting private sellers only since 4thFeb.
This would also explain the lack of interest and no sales. So I urge private sellers to check their listing as they may be unaware and wondering why no sales.
I have spoken to Ebay twice and each time they have acknowledged the problem and stated they would pass the problem across to their technical team. As of today Global Shipping is still not working!!

It appears that some GSP sales are now going through, but the situation remains the same in terms of sellers seeing the international postage quotation, hard to really know what the situation is given Ebay's lack of information...

My friend's potential buyer in the US was definitely able to see the GSP postage, because they quoted the exact price, saying it was very expensive. Why some are able to see the cost, but not others, is a mystery.
It would be good to have this frustrating issue explained and resolved!

I have just received a phone call from the Ebay Executive office in Ireland - this issues has now been resolved!

Sorry, I should have been more specific. The problem of bidders not being able to see the GSP delivery costs has been resolved, but sellers still cannot see the same.
I tested two of my listings by looking at ebay.com and ebay.it (don't logon as anyone), and both looked to be working as expoected.

we have found on our acount that a lot of buyers in overseas countries are blocked for buying from us and it is not from us ,we are happy to sell world wide but we keep finding countries have been blocked and buyers have tried endless times to buy from us .Upon looking our end it keeps saying we don't post to these countries so ebay are doing the blocking not us .Good job there are other platforms to sell on .And as we don't have smart phones or printers we will be going elsewhere .

I suspect that @frazer199310 is referring to Simple Delivery 😳 If you check out today's Weekly Chat with the eBay Community Team, it's been pretty full and the forum is peppered with posts about the upcoming changes.

Correct, I was referring to the new 'Simple Delivery' system. I just fear that there will be 'complications'.
