So 2 of my parcels I sent last week showed delivered on Saturday on evri app yet not updated tracking on ebay not even showing as out for delivery 🙄
I had to messsge on facebook to get it sorted, to be fair was rather quick to release my funds.
Now one of my others was delivered today at 1pm no update on eBay account still same again not even showing out for delivery they all seem stuck on collected from parcel shop nothing after that what is going on ?
I'm going to have to inbox on Facebook again to get my funds available again. It was working Thursday as I had it say delivered on another parcel.

It hasn't for me.
I plan on using their live chat over the coming days. This has been going on for ages with no apparent updates. Poor.

It is still being worked on to resolve. I'll add your example to the ticket.
In the meantime you can reach out to customer support if you have orders that have been delivered and proof of this can be seen on the Evri site. They should be able to do a manual release of funds. The new policy of 2 days after delivery confirmation will apply.

Can I ask how you contacted them via Facebook please? I’m having the exact same issue! My item was sold and delivered by Evri but still showing as ‘dispatched’ and nothing further

Hi,
I found this the best way.
In yhe automated chat, type "human", a couple of times until you get an option to either make a call or have a call back. I chose the ebay customer team to call me, and they did within a minute. Explain issue, customer services will speak to someone in payments and complete a manual release. This could take the day to release, but gets the job done.

If you do not withdraw your funds when they are showing Available in your Payment Summary, then I think it's after 3 months, eBay will automatically themselves, transfer the funds to your nominated bank account.

Thank you for your post.
There can be intermittent delays with the Evri tracking updating on the eBay site. This is down to delays with information processing between Evri and eBay. This is being worked on to improve.
If this delay causes your funds not to be released then you can reach out to customer support through the contact us option on your account. They can manually release funds based on the tracking showing as delivered on the Evri site.

I've had a parcel delivered on time by evri. On my ebay seller page it says "Delivered" but also says ""Funds pending - awaiting delivery". I don't know if this means ebay will pay me after 2 days or if I have to chase it up with them.

Yes if it has updated as delivered today then funds would be released after 2 days. However there if the buyer leaves positive feedback then the funds can be released sooner.

Hi, this really isn’t good enough! And to think eBay still have the same sync issues with tracking that affects the payouts being delayed too! This is the kind of poor customer service I’ve started to expect from eBay.
Please sort this out as you are forcing us to sell elsewhere

Kat has recommended if your Evri item has reached their buyer, but tracking has not updated on eBay, to contact Customer Services, and they can release your payout sooner.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

ebay have really let sellers and buyers down by taking evri onboard for deliveries as they are one of the worst couriers in the country

The longer it takes to update delivery, the longer it takes to release your funds, the longer it takes to release your funds, the longer the funds are accruing interest in eBay's accounts, and not yours. Only, in your account, it doesn't get chance to accrue interest, because you have bills to pay. Quite simple, really, it's corporate greed, that removes the grease from the wheels of trade. When they were less greedy, you got a system that worked for you, updating in real-time and releasing your funds. Now, the lag, the delay, works well for them. That's probably why they chose Evri, because their systems are famous for these lags. I love my local Evri guy; Simon is honest, efficient, and can be trusted 100%. But, their website is a joke, and, just today, I discovered they have completely changed the path taken when you click on tracking from Purchase History. Instead of automatically taking you to the page where it said either "We're Expecting It", "We've Got It", "On Its Way", or "Out For Delivery" (giving you the time-frame), it takes you to an Evri "Track" page, where, you have to have copied and pasted the tracking number, in order to input it yourself, whereupon it says in red underneath, some bunk about not being able to track. This constitutes another obstacle/ delay in updating tracking. They really do have it all sewn up - unless you badger eBay for your funds once delivery has been made, they'll hold on to them for a lot longer than they did before. No wonder they have seen churn of disgruntled sellers in such large numbers in the last 12 months, and, no doubt, there will be yet more sellers leaving for other platforms this year, too. Why should eBay care about that, when they are still making such a lot of money for themselves? Answer is, they don't care, and things won't change for the better for sellers - this is the end of the road. You'll either put-up and shut-up, or leave - and they don't care which. Happy New Year (!).

I've felt from the start of this debacle, it would only be fair and right, for immediate release of funds to be triggered by the buyer leaving positive feedback. I tend to leave immediate positive feedback, on receipt of an intact and as-described purchase - no matter how long it took to reach me (we can't be blaming sellers for transit delays, only delays in despatch). BUT, what is fair and right, is not what is going on here, and I won't hold my breath on fair and right being done, as, blue isnt my colour! I'm glad I never felt tempted to sell on eBay, or I'd be plenty cheesed off about all this. I'm with you, I can see how frustrating this is for sellers, it must be soul-destroying, to be shown such disrespect and disdain - it is YOU, that generates THEIR revenue, yet they see fit to treat you like this.

eBay you need to fix the tracking issues on your order pages!!!
I have an order that has been delivered & positive feedback received from buyer yet eBay have been holding
on to my funds longer than your policies state. You need to fix the bugs in your system!
STOP penalising your sellers! It’s as simple as that. Stop all the excuses.
