Ebay sending out invoices with incorrect postage? 9/3/25

Just wondered whether anyone else has had an issue with this, somebody won an auction yesterday and ebay has sent them a request to pay with my 'worldwide' postage rate rather than the UK rate. I'm also unable to send out my own invoice on the order (I know there's a separate issue with this, but I am able to send out invoices for other orders on my order page)

Hi wellingnorth, thanks for your post.

The invoice feature is currently not working, which is why you wouldn't be able to send an invoice at the moment, and as we don't sell the item, we wouldn't send an invoice with a different price to your buyers either. We don't have an estimated fix time for this, but we are working on it to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Thanks for the reply marco@ebay , it sounds like the buyer was referring to either the automated email sent out by ebay when the auction finished or the total they were shown when clicking through to pay where it was presenting them with the worldwide price rather than the UK price which they had seen on the auction (UK registered buyer with UK shipping address). As invoicing wasn't working I couldn't check it or correct it and in the end just cancelled and relisted as a buy it now instead.

I tried to have them send through a screenshot but they weren't able to. I'm sure it may have been a one off glitch, was just posting here in case anyone else saw something similar - I'll certainly post back if it happens again.
