Ebay listing subtitle fee

Hi everyone,

I recently made a mistake while uploading listings to eBay using a bulk file. I unintentionally added some random text in the subtitle field, which had no meaning or purpose. Because subtitles are a paid feature, eBay charged a significant fee for these listings.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is it possible to request a refund in such cases, or does anyone have guidance on how to handle this?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Ebay listing subtitle fee

Yes, AI or something added related words to the subtitles on 3 listings & I didn't realise until I looked at my  transactions. They were on auctions & not BIN. I took the listings down one for lack of interest and another when I realised I was charged £2 but it was too late. (I was actually charged twice for one listing) However I went to ebay CS and said I didn't fill in the subtitle & i was refunded all £8 in fees. This is just as well because I only sold one of those listings for £1.69 You have to be really carful when listing and delete the added subtitle words. I think ebay started this after simple delivery
