I removed a item four weeks ago sold it privately now I’m getting emails telling me it’s sold and I need to update my account to receive the payment

Thank you for your post.

The listing may not have ended correctly. The request for bank details would be so the funds from the sale can be sent to your account.  However as you have mentioned you sold it somewhere else it would be best to cancel the order so the funds can go back to the buyer. Go to the order details and cancel the order.
