Having a small issue and wanted to know if it was just us.
So our dispatch date for items sold today has shifted.
We dont dispatch Sat/Sun as there are limited/zero RM business post pickups on a Sat/Sun so all items ordered after our cutoff on a Friday are sent on the Monday. All pretty standard
So item ordered today (Friday) are now showing a dispatch date of the 5th which is Tuesday, completely omitting Monday. No dispatch times have been altered, no changes at all.
Tried to chat to the bot that eBay pass of as some form of AI and it couldn't understand what i was asking. Tried this twice.
Put in a call back for a human and she didnt understand either and the call "dropped" on their end with no call back.
So has anyone else's dispatch shifted by a day to Tuesday?
We are in Scotland and some parts of Scotland has a public holiday but not our area - so it may be that eBay have decided that ALL of Scotland is on holiday in some kind of blanket prejudicial way.
Any ideas?
