Cannot message sellers on app it says

" something went wrong "

on browser

" verify your identity " 

also keep getting messsges say device has tried accessing account when it's me !!! Any thoughts anyone

Sellers can refuse to accept messaging as they feel it unnecessary.  Why might you feel the need?

I see that you mention the app.  Try using a computer?
