Clicking CANCEL when using the chat bot system on mobile device

I need to contact ebay from my iphone so i use the chat bot.
You type a message & the bot replies, basically i just need to speak with a human at ebay.
Once you get past a certain stage you are presented with the options shown.

 

" SPEAK WITH AGENT "

 

" CANCEL "

 

My issue is & i expect others have done this IS just as you are about to touch "SPEAK WITH AGENT" the bot starts to type another message THUS now moving the previous messages up the screen just enough that as your finger touches the screen your are then touching "CANCEL"

I have spoke with ebay a few times about this but NOTHING ever happens.
Its not rocket science but how about you switch the two options around.

 

Im fed up with either touching CANCEL or having to wait & give the bot time should another message appears.

I'm betting the response will be "working as designed".  Just like the false delivery dates about which they've been saying this for years.
