Checkout problem

Got new iPad yesterday. I can’t get beyond the “I am human” page to get to payment.  I have ticked the correct boxes on the authorisation pictures about 20 times but can’t move beyond that. 
I can still purchase at checkout with my old iPad with no problem but need to be able to use the new one. 
Any ideas anyone?  Help will be appreciated

Hi amfsewer, thanks for your post.

 

If you are doing this from the browser of your iPad, I'd recommend clearing the caches and cookies of the browser, or using a different browser in case you're using Safari. If you are using the app, I'd try deleting and reinstalling the app, and maybe restarting the iPad just in case. Also, I'd recommend adding your new device as a trusted device, you can see how to do that here.
