Cannot download order reports

Trying to download order reports but status just says in a queue since this morning.

Have same problem this morning, "orders awaiting dispatch" report just hangs...with no report creation, just the little wheel turning and turning for ever.

Same for us here, total chaos after the big bank holiday sales. I've cleared cache, tried incognito, checked chrome for updates and had a go using Firefox. Nothing

I have reported this issue to ebay customer services, their technical dept is looking at fixing this issue.. that's all I can say right now, they did give me this link to manually download reports https: www.sarweb.ebay.co.uk/sar

it says it can take up to 7 days to generate this reports which wouldn't help me as I need them every day to process and dispatch orders with my warehouse, the data is imported into a WMS system.  I would imagine that it will be resolved quickly, but if not it would delay dispatch of orders...and delivery of orders.

I have been advised "Please be rest assured, if you get any late delivery, late dispatch defects happened because a bug on eBay website, we will get that removed for you. "

If I hear any more on this issue I will update here.

ahhhh this is so annoying. Manually copying and pasting each sale to address labels. I only have a handful so this is understandably crippling for big sellers

its been broken for at least 6 hours (probably longer) absolutely pathetic, maybe they should invest some of their vast profits into more technical resources on supporting the platform rather than changing the platform to make them more profits e.g. attributed sales on general promoted listings!!!!

This is a known issue on our side, its being worked on as a high priority.

same issue here, trying to download order report since 10 am and its 03 pm now and still wheel is just circling. Nothing happening.

Same still here - almost 12h since it has started. Ridiculous! Ebay cannot be bothered to keep both sellers and buyers updated.
