Can't upload photos for a new listing?

Anyone else know how to resolve this please? I've cleared cache etc.. I use the ebay app.

Thank you for your reply.

I understand it is frustrating. We don't have a set timescale for the fix. We are continuing to link in with tech to get it resolved as soon as possible. Once we get a  further update of it being resolved I will post back on here.

Hi, I'm still getting this issue. Tried other browsers and two separate computers but cant update or revise listings?

Same issue but I’ve found that it is specific to screenshots only. The eBay app won’t accept screenshots to be uploaded for some reason even though the quality and size are smaller than standard photos which it will accept. I’ve been using eBay regularly for 20 years and this issue only started recently.
