Can't generate Royal Mail label

Hello, I've been trying to print a Royal Mail postage label since yesterday but keep getting this message - "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later."

Customer Service said that others are having the same issue and I wondered if anyone had found a solution?

Hoping someone can help me as it's a big parcel that is hard to send outside of the Ebay system.
