Awating Dispatch numbers are incorrect.

Hi,

Can anyone help or advise, I have noticed a discrepency betweeen the number of orders awatiing dispatch that is displayed on the selling page ( My Ebay - Selling  ) compared with the number displayed when I go into Manage Orders awating dispatch. So The numbers are 28 on the selling page and 10 when I go into dispatch.

Does anyone have any experience of this happening and is there a fix for the error.

This has been reported as a technical issue and is currently being working on by the tech team. One there is an update on it being resolved I will update the main thread on it here.
