Authenticator sending back sold item

I’ve just recieved a message that my sold item is being sent back to me due to the condition not being right. My item was proved to be authentic but the authenticator is claiming that there are holes in the box for the sneakers I’ve sold.

The box was pristine before sending off just like the listing pictures, where do I go from here?

Re: Authenticator sending back sold item

Hi silkroadreps, thanks for your post.

Normally, if we return an item, we would send you an email with all the information available to let you know. If you wish further information or a better understanding, you can contact us, and the Authenticity Guarantee team would look into it for you, did you do this or you haven't been able to get in touch?

Thank you,

Marco

Re: Authenticator sending back sold item

I’m fully aware of the information that has been displayed to me, my question is am I due any comeback for my parcel being damaged during shipment or during the authentication? it’s stopped my sale and doesn’t look good for future reference. plus I’m left with damaged goods, not sure if I can trust this scheme anymore.
