Application error

Impossible to send offers to buyers through applications as error pop up each time (oops! Something went wrong). 3-4 days already like this.

Hi nat_pol, thanks for your post.

 

Did you try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes they issue? If you did, but you are still getting the same error, could you please confirm what device you're using, it's software version, the version of your eBay app and a screenshot of the error, so we can take a further look for you?

Hi Marco,

 

Just checked again after reinstalled the application,  same error still pop up when I try to send offers to buyers. I use Samsung galaxy s23 ultra.

So the problem still exist, nothing was changed apparently.  No possibility to send any offers from android app, as each time same error comes out. Same time everything is working on PC. Any update on this one, please.

They still haven't been able to replicate the issue. When you try to do this from the browser of your phone or compute does it work ok, or it happens with both the app and the browser?

The tech team haven't been able to replicate this issue, and we haven't received any other reports suggesting the same issue, so the issue might be related to your device, and in that case we wouldn't be able to provide any further assistance, I'm afraid.

Just an update: so offers seems working fine today on my application,  so I can assume there definitely was some technical glitch as I haven't change anything in my application or device.
