Hi folks, recently sold a mobile to a bidder, when they received it they reported it as not working, which I thought was strange, however I agreed a refund and put the process in motion, today I received the returned item, which was not the same phone which is easy to confirm as I've still got the original listing photos to compare against. I've sent a message to the buyer via eBay stating this and not sure what to do now, the money is still held in PayPal, but apart from messaging the buyer what do I need to do, do I need to contact eBay and if so how?, cheers,  ... I'm new to ebay selling and really stressed out so please ignore if i missed anything. Recently sold an unopened xbox console but buyer's complaining there was cut on seal, cable missing and sticker missing (I don't even know what and where that sticker should be) as I've not open the box to see everything. I know its really hard, how I'm going to establish the truth because I didn't opened the console and so far everthing should be there. She wants to raise complain 'item not as described' to ebay. I have taken all pictures carefully so buyer can see the state of the box from the pictures as well as explaining the slight damage about the item on description hence did not hide anything. I've read similiar stories from sellers and it said refund the money as ebay will protect buyer's any how. But how I'm going to make sure she is not going to change the console ( the one I've sent to her) with broken or return something else. what i should do now?  any law to protect the gadgets? is there way to find out , if ther's any how?  ... Hi all   as my question says   Is it possible to download all listings that have had no sales over a 31 day period?   I can easily download a sales report over the last 31 days etc and see what listings have sales on   but for example   if I have 3000  active listings and 2567 have sales that's great but I want to see which of the other 433 listings that have not had a sale in the last 31 days so I can then reduce the prices or put a sale on etc.   Basically I dont want to put on sale the items that have good sales only the ones that have little or no sales   Even If I can just see the item numbers that would be helpful   Any help would be greatly appreciated  ... I am selling some bridesmaid dresses and I keep getting offers from buyers abroad or the address is a Big Yellow Storage.   I've already been stung once by accepting an offer from a buyer I wasn't 100% about and then ebay cancelled the order after i'd paid for the postage label etc and had no amount of abuse from the buyer on all of her other accounts, she even found me on Facebook!   I've finally decided to relist the dresses but again i'm getting lots of offers from accounts that just don't seem legit to me, even though i've set up my account to block all users outside of the UK etc, i'm still getting offers from users whose location is outside of the UK but postage address is a Big Yellow Storage address. Hermes, my courier, won't deliver to this address and i'm not prepared to use another courier. How do I go about blocking these users?! ... View more

Hi,   I sold a Louis Vuitton bracelet on 2nd August for £170 and as far as I was aware, it is a genuine product. Two weeks after purchasing, the buyer asked me to prove its genuinity. In the listing I had explained I do not have the receipt etc as it was a gift a few years ago. The buyer is now claiming that it is a replica but I am not sure where he is getting information from and he does not answer me on this when I have asked. I am sceptical about this as it does match to the one advertised on the Louis Vuitton official website too.   Anyway, I immediately offered a partial refund of £50 as a goodwill gesture and so that the buyer could keep the item. I have received harassing messages multiple times a day from the buyer trying to negotiate a partial refund beyond the £50 which I am prepared to give. I have had to explain numerous times that this is my limit, or he is welcome to receive a full refund and return the item. He has not done a formal return request via the Resolution Center even though I have said my hands are tied until then but he keeps threatening negative feedback on my profile. He is also now claiming that the bracelet clasp is faulty, even though I tested it before I shipped and it definitely works fine.   I am also concerned by negative feedback on his page from other sellers saying that he is a "crook" and that he previously requested a refund but did not return the item to the seller.   I have reported the buyer on all of these points.   I just wanted to check please that there is nothing else I need to do for now and that he has to be the one to formally request a return? Also what would happen if he did not return the item like he has done previously, is it Tracked etc? ... View more

There's two parts to this question. I've had my first dreaded MC067.    The mail said:- We've also made it easy to relist your item if it was removed. Although the item is no longer available in search listings, you will find it in the Sold section of My eBay.  For more information, please visit: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/relist.html   But it's not in my "sold section" of My eBay. Do I have to start again and do a whole new listing, pictures and all?   The buyer was a fake, so eBay removed his account.  Also removed my listing that he had bid, won and failed to pay for.  I raised the problem case. To top it off I was given £0.50 credit when the final value fee was £11.40  The case closed when I clicked the "Take Action" request final value fee credit, button.   What is going on, will I get the £11.40 credit I think I'm owed?   HEEELP. ...
