Has Ebay £1 maximum selling fee ended forever?

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone knows if Ebay have stopped their offer for £1 Maximum Selling Fees?

You are not entitled to promotions, all those new items makes you a business seller,

I don’t have a business seller at all. Please can you explain what you mean?

An eBay seller must register as a business if, for example, they sell items they have bought to resell, they make items in order to sell them, or if they buy items for their business.

it is sent out regularly,

it is sent randomly,

you just haven't been lucky recently
