Hi all I hope someone can advise.me? As this is time sensetibve and I really need avice as soon as possible please otherwise I could lose my Top Seller Staus. Where do I start. Firstly wow, a decent message box which isn’t unformatted and a nightmare to use. Why can we have that on the awful to use message service? But I digress. I sell classic car carpets and also car covers handmade to order. Which causes havoc with my DSR’s I am unable to upload the tracking number to the correct page as eBay automation would kick in and give me a Late delivery strike on every order and I’d be forever on the phone so they are emailed to my customer and passed through the message service too. The problem is that they take 2 to 4 weeks to make and despite asking for 10 years straight (that’s nearly every phone call) as yet eBay refuse to create a simple workaround for the 2 to 4 week build time. Which is an addition to the dropdown adding a custom date in weeks.. so that eBay won’t start the clock till then. Sadly all I’m asking for is an addition to an existing menu.. but they refuse... So a few uears back eBay and I went into great detail about all the options they could offer to sort this problem out, we finally settled on this workaround so I wouldn’t get punished for doing the same job as every other TR seller. If a customer puts in a late delivery and I delivered within stated time, tracking nop to prove, I can phone up eBay and request it be removed. It helps if I have a message from the customer and on this occasion I do have that. The problem I am having today, that being April the 6th 2020 is that there is no phone service, which is just ridiculous as every other business I deal with has made provisions to look after the hand that feeds them. So how do I get this removed before April the 20th and save my Top Seller Staus from being removed? Any help would be really appreciated Josh Tech Autos
